A review ends with a recorded outcome on the transaction. This guide explains the possible outcomes and how a refund moves once one is decided.
Possible outcomes
- Settlement released — the review found the order was fulfilled as agreed.
- Refund processing — a refund to the buyer was recorded and is being executed.
- Refund completed — the refund has been executed against the original payment.
- An agreed partial outcome, where both sides accept a split, recorded on the transaction.
How a refund moves
A refund returns to the payment route used at checkout. The transaction shows refund processing while the payment provider executes it, then refund completed. The time between the two depends on the provider, not on ArosaPay.
What a review does and does not decide
A review decides how the safeguarded funds on that transaction are handled, based on the record and the evidence. It is not a court, it does not award damages, and no outcome is promised in advance.
