    What the ArosaPay platform fee covers

    Protected checkout

    Buyer payment is secured through ArosaPay's licensed payment partner flow before the merchant ships.

    Conditional settlement

    Funds are released according to delivery confirmation, buyer approval, dispute outcome, or agreed release timer.

    Merchant payout logic

    ArosaPay calculates seller payout, platform fee, rail costs, and settlement status.

    Buyer confirmation flow

    Buyers can confirm receipt, raise an issue, or allow the release timer to complete.

    Dispute workflow

    ArosaPay supports transaction review, evidence collection, and release or refund decisions according to policy.

    Transaction visibility

    Reversals

    Refunds, reversals, and disputes

    ArosaPay does not treat reversals as normal completed transactions. Reversal fees exist to cover rail movement, support, reconciliation, and manual review where required.
