Protected checkout
Buyer payment is secured through ArosaPay's licensed payment partner flow before the merchant ships.

ArosaPay calculates seller payout, platform fee, rail costs, and settlement status.

ArosaPay separates the platform fee from payment rail, KYC, account setup, reversal, and dispute costs. These charges depend on the merchant setup, transaction rail, and transaction outcome.

Reversals
Refunds, reversals, and disputes
ArosaPay does not treat reversals as normal completed transactions. Reversal fees exist to cover rail movement, support, reconciliation, and manual review where required.
