    Trust · Dispute Process

Evidence-based review before release, refund, or resolution.

A dispute pauses release. Both parties submit evidence. A reviewer applies the outcome against the transaction terms.

    Process

    1. 01
      Open the dispute

The buyer or merchant opens a dispute against a specific transaction. Release is paused immediately.

    2. 02
      Submit evidence

Both parties upload delivery evidence, chats, invoices, and condition notes within the response window.

    3. 03
      Review

A reviewer reads both sides against the transaction terms and the delivery evidence.

    4. 04
      Outcome

Release, refund, or partial resolution. Recorded to the transaction record with reviewer and timestamp.

What is protected, what is not

    In scope

Non-delivery, item significantly not as described, wrong item shipped, damage on arrival where documented.

    Out of scope

Change of mind after confirmation, disputes without evidence, off-platform arrangements not written to the transaction terms.

    Recorded, not asserted

Both parties see the same record.

The dispute state, evidence, reviewer, and outcome are all written to the transaction. There is no separate story told to each side.
