When a transaction shows evidence requested, ArosaPay has asked for specific material within a stated window. This guide explains what to send and how it is used.
What counts as evidence
- Dated photographs or video of the item as it arrived, including packaging and labels.
- The delivery or collection record, including tracking references where they exist.
- Written communication that formed part of the agreement.
- For services, the deliverable and the agreed scope.
How to submit
Upload directly against the request on the transaction so the material is attached to the record. Keep files legible, name them so it is obvious what each one shows, and answer the specific question that was asked.
The request window
Each request states its window. If the window closes without a response, the review continues on the material already on file, so respond even if your response is partial.
