ArosaPay issues one identity per person or business. Buying and selling are capabilities on that identity. If you already buy through ArosaPay, you add seller capability to the same account.
One identity, added capability
- Sign in with the account you already use. Do not create a second identity to sell.
- Select the seller capability and describe the business you are operating.
- Your buyer history and existing transactions stay on the same account.
What selling requires that buying does not
Buying does not require business verification. Selling does, because settlement moves money to you. The requirements depend on whether you operate as an individual, a sole proprietorship or a registered company — see Seller verification & activation.
Buyer activation and seller verification are separate. Adding seller capability never changes how you buy.
Before you start
- Know your business type — it determines which documents are requested.
- Have your identity document and, for registered businesses, your registration documents to hand.
- Decide who in the business will be the primary contact on the account.
