    THE PROBLEM

Why vehicle purchases need clearer release rules

Vehicle purchases carry concentrated risk because inspection, documents, payment, and handover often happen across different moments.

    Buyer concerns

    • ·Vehicle condition may differ from the listing
    • ·Mechanical issues may only appear after inspection
    • ·Mileage, ownership documents, or handover details may need review
    • ·Payment may move before the buyer is satisfied
    • ·Evidence may be scattered across calls, WhatsApp, and paper records

    Seller concerns

    • ·Buyer wants confidence before release
    • ·Inspection periods can delay closure
    • ·Payment confirmation can be unclear
    • ·Disputes can become informal and difficult to resolve
    • ·High-value handovers need a clearer transaction record

ArosaPay does not replace mechanic inspection, NTSA verification, legal advice, or ownership due diligence. It gives both sides a structured transaction record, release condition, evidence trail, and review path.

    HOW IT WORKS

How protected checkout works for vehicle transactions

    1. 01

      Create the transaction

Buyer and seller agree on the vehicle, amount, release condition, review window, and supporting terms.

    2. 02

      Payment is safeguarded

The buyer pays through ArosaPay's protected checkout flow. Payment is attached to the transaction record and is not released yet.

    3. 03

      Inspect or complete handover

The buyer completes the agreed inspection, test drive, document review, or handover process independently or with their chosen professionals.

    4. 04

      Attach evidence where needed

Photos, inspection notes, agreement records, handover notes, or other documents may be attached to the transaction if review is needed.

    5. 05

      Confirm or report an issue

If the agreed condition is met, the buyer confirms. If there is a problem, the transaction moves into review before release, refund, or partial resolution.

    FEATURES

Built for vehicle transactions where inspection matters

    Release condition upfront

Buyer and seller agree what must happen before settlement is released — confirmation, inspection outcome, handover, document milestone, or review window expiry.

    Evidence-ready transaction record

Photos, inspection notes, chat records, handover notes, and supporting documents can be attached where supported.

    Review path if contested

If the buyer or seller reports a problem, release pauses while evidence is reviewed against the transaction record.

    High-value transaction visibility

Both sides can see the transaction amount, current status, release condition, and next step.

    Seller confidence

The seller can see that payment has been safeguarded before handover or fulfillment begins.

    Buyer confidence

The buyer can inspect according to the agreed condition before release.

    Independent verification evidence

ArosaPay may allow parties to attach third-party inspection or document-check evidence. ArosaPay does not replace official ownership, NTSA, legal, or mechanic verification unless a specific approved service is enabled.

    • ·Inspection issue reported
    • ·Handover not completed
    • ·Document milestone contested
    • ·Vehicle not received or not made available
    • ·Agreed terms changed
    • ·Party non-response
