TRANSACTION STATE
THE PROBLEM
Fashion and tailoring orders can become difficult when fit, fabric, measurements, delivery, and expectations are not recorded in one shared transaction.
ArosaPay does not replace proper measurements, tailoring skill, or buyer inspection. It gives both sides a structured transaction record, release condition, evidence trail, and review path.
HOW IT WORKS
01
Buyer and tailor agree on the item, amount, measurements, fabric or specifications, release condition, review window, and supporting terms.
02
The buyer pays through ArosaPay's protected checkout flow. Payment is attached to the transaction record and is not released yet.
03
The tailor, designer, or seller prepares the garment or order according to the agreed terms.
04
The buyer reviews the garment against the recorded measurements, specifications, delivery details, or agreed condition.
05
If the order is accepted, the buyer confirms. If there is a problem, the transaction moves into review before release, refund, or partial resolution.
If alteration terms are agreed upfront, they can be recorded in the transaction terms.
FEATURES
Measurements, style notes, fabric references, color expectations, and agreed terms can be recorded before payment is safeguarded.
Settlement follows buyer confirmation, review window expiry, or another agreed release condition.
Photos, measurements, chat records, receipts, and delivery notes may be attached if review is needed.
Where supported, alteration expectations or revision limits can be recorded in the transaction terms.
The buyer can confirm the garment against the agreed condition before settlement is released.
The tailor or seller can see that payment has been safeguarded before beginning or releasing the order.
