For Buyers
Protected checkout for buyers
Stop paying blindly. Pay safely, confirm delivery, and release with confidence. When you check out through ArosaPay, your payment is safeguarded before dispatch and only released after you confirm delivery — or the agreed release condition completes.
What you get, on every order
The merchant does not receive the money at checkout. It moves into safeguarding with our licensed payment partner.
You confirm the order after delivery. Release happens on that action or when the agreed condition completes.
If something is wrong, you open a dispute. Release is paused while evidence is reviewed.
Every state change — reserved, safeguarded, delivered, confirmed, released — is written to your order.
What you should still do
Protected checkout is a mechanism, not a replacement for basic buyer care.
Read the seller's return terms and dispatch time before you pay.
Open the parcel and check the item before you confirm. Once you confirm, release completes.
If something goes wrong
You are not on your own.
Open a dispute on the transaction. Release is paused. A reviewer applies release, refund, or a partial resolution based on the evidence.
